ERP Implementation for The Gopi Optical Factory

Client Overview

The Gopi Optical Factory, based in Surendranagar, Gujarat, is a specialized manufacturer of eye lenses, wayfarer sunglasses, and other optical products. With increasing production demand and complex department-wise processes, they needed a centralized system to manage orders, monitor departmental progress, and ensure product quality — all while keeping track of HR, finance, and client data.

Challenges Faced by the Client

Before the ERP implementation, The Gopi Optical Factory faced several operational bottlenecks:
