Vande Mileager is a fast-growing lubricant manufacturing company based in Mumbai, India. With a vision to expand across India through a strong distribution network, they aim to streamline the supply chain from distributors to dealers, sub-dealers, and retailers using modern technology.

Challenges Faced by Vande Mileager

Before reaching out to us, Vande Mileager faced several operational hurdles in managing its distribution channel effectively:

  1. Manual Order Management: Orders from dealers and sub-dealers were mostly placed via phone calls or WhatsApp, leading to miscommunication and order delays.
  2. Lack of Real-Time Inventory Tracking: Dealers didn’t have visibility into available stock, resulting in over-ordering or under-supplying issues.
  3. Delayed Communication: Critical updates, such as product pricing, discounts, or promotional schemes, were not reaching the entire channel promptly.
