Challenges Faced by Vande Mileager
Before reaching out to us, Vande Mileager faced several operational hurdles in managing its distribution channel effectively:
- Manual Order Management: Orders from dealers and sub-dealers were mostly placed via phone calls or WhatsApp, leading to miscommunication and order delays.
- Lack of Real-Time Inventory Tracking: Dealers didn’t have visibility into available stock, resulting in over-ordering or under-supplying issues.
- Delayed Communication: Critical updates, such as product pricing, discounts, or promotional schemes, were not reaching the entire channel promptly.

- Scattered Documentation: All invoices, receipts, credit limits, and order confirmations were maintained in scattered formats, making reconciliation a time-consuming task.
