CHAT APPLICATION

Smarter Communication. Structured Operations. Complete Control.

As your team grows, managing communication, tasks, contacts, campaigns, templates, HR, attendance, and payroll across disconnected systems can become complex. Our Chat Application brings these operations together in one structured platform with role-based access and modular features—helping your team work smarter, improve coordination, and maintain better control over business operations.

The Right Access for the Right Person. Complete Control for Your Business.

As your team grows, managing who can access what becomes just as important as managing the work itself. Too much access can create security and accountability issues. Too little access can slow your team down.

Our Chat Application brings both sides together with a structured Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) system — giving every employee the tools they need while keeping sensitive business operations under controlled access.

From everyday communication and task management to HR, attendance, payroll, campaigns, contacts, and templates, everything is organized around clearly defined roles and permissions.

One Platform. Four Roles. Three Powerful Modules. Complete Control.

1. Roles & Permissions

Super Admin

The Super Admin has the highest level of operational access in the application.

  • Dashboard: Full dashboard with overall business statistics.
  • Users & Employees: Can view the full users/employees profile directory.
  • Chat module: Can manage Chats, Contacts, Campaigns, Templates, and Tags (when the Chat module is enabled).
  • Task module: Can create, assign, update, track, and approve/manage tasks (when the Task module is enabled).
  • HR module: Can manage Staff, Attendance, Payroll, Banks, and Departments (when the HR module is enabled).
  • Role assignment: When creating a contact/user, can assign the User, HR, Manager, or Super Admin role.
  • Approvals: Can approve or reject employee profile-change and salary-related requests, and handle pending contact, campaign, and template approvals.
  • Settings: Has access to Profile, Password/Security, Support tickets, and application Settings.
Manager

The Manager role is scoped to operational and team-level management.

  • Dashboard: Can view tasks, contacts, campaigns, templates, tags, staff, attendance, banks, and departments — subject to which modules are enabled.
  • Chat module: Can use Chats; create/edit/manage Contacts; create, edit, and manage Campaigns; and manage Templates and Tags (when enabled).
  • Task module: Can create personal and team tasks, assign tasks to team members, and manage status, due date, priority, and comments on assigned tasks. Team task assignments route to Admin for approval (when enabled).
  • HR module: Can view staff attendance, access the Staff/Payroll section, Banks, and Departments, and view their own attendance/profile (when enabled).
  • Role assignment: When creating a contact, can assign the User or HR role.
  • Settings: Has access to Profile, Password/Security, Support, and approval-request status.
HR

The HR role is designed for employee and HR-specific operations.

  • Dashboard: Gets a Staff & Payroll shortcut on the dashboard.
  • Attendance: Can view and update staff attendance.
  • Employee & payroll data: Manages employee details, payroll data, salary setup, and attendance-related records.
  • Departments: Can access department-related information.
  • Overtime & fines: Handles employee overtime and fine entries.
  • Payroll: Can generate payroll and use the payment workflow.
  • Contacts: Can create contacts; when creating a contact/user, can assign only the User role.
  • Settings: Can view their own profile, security settings, support, and approval-request status.
  • Not available: Does not have role-based access to Campaign, Template, Tag, or normal task-management menus.
User

The User role is limited to personal work and assigned items.

  • Dashboard: Shortcuts for My Tasks, Contacts, Chats, My Attendance, My Profile, and Settings.
  • Task module: Can view their own assigned tasks, update task status, and view task details, due date, comments, and attachments (when enabled).
  • Chat module: Can access Chats, view Contacts, and use messages, media, documents, and shared links (when enabled).
  • HR module: Can view their own attendance and their own employee/profile details (when enabled).
  • Settings: Can access their own profile details, password/security, and support options.
  • Not available: Cannot manage other employees, team tasks, payroll, banks, departments, campaigns, or templates.
